Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you in case of significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided where available.
4. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and regions. For remote areas, delivery times may vary.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for selected locations. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
We are not liable for products lost during shipping unless confirmed by the courier.
